1. Who we are

FastSales Agency (“FastSales”, “we”, “us”) is a lead-generation agency. We watch public Facebook groups for people asking for services our clients provide, alert the client, and — on the managed plan — handle the outreach ourselves. You can reach us anytime at info@fastsales.agency.

2. Agreement to these terms

By purchasing or using any FastSales service you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Prohibited Use Cases. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the services.

3. Our services

Depending on the plan you choose, our services include monitoring public Facebook groups relevant to your business, detecting posts that show buying intent, delivering alerts to the channels you choose, and — on the Fully Managed plan — commenting, messaging, following up and posting on your behalf.

All of this is done from FastSales’ own accounts. You give us no logins, no page access and no permissions of any kind; your personal profile and business page are never involved. We may improve, change or replace how the service is delivered over time, as long as the substance of what you bought stays the same.

4. Relationship to Facebook and Meta

FastSales Agency is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Our service reads and responds to publicly visible posts; it does not use Facebook Ads, the Facebook advertising platform or any Facebook developer API on your behalf.

5. Payments and billing

• Plans are billed monthly, in advance, at the prices shown on our website or agreed with you in writing.
• The discounted first month is available once per client and exists so you can judge the quality of real leads before the regular rate starts.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. There are no long-term contracts.
• If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you in advance and the new price applies only from your next billing period.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime by emailing info@fastsales.agency. Cancellation stops all future charges; the service keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded — the details, including how billing mistakes are handled, are in the Refund Policy.

7. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business, the services you offer and the area you cover — our outreach speaks in your name.
• Hold any licence, insurance or registration your trade legally requires in the areas where you take jobs.
• Treat the people behind the leads lawfully and honestly. A lead is a person who asked for help, not a marketing list.
• Do not use the service for anything listed in our Prohibited Use Cases.

8. Leads and results

Leads are public posts written by real people on a platform we do not control. We promise the watching, the speed and the work — we cannot promise a specific number of leads, that any lead is accurate or serious, or that a lead will become a paying job. Changes Facebook makes to groups, visibility or policies may affect the service, and we will adapt to them, but they are outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

The FastSales website, name, logo and materials belong to us. Content we write for your outreach is yours to use in connection with the service. Posts written by group members belong to their authors and to the platform they were posted on.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end the service immediately if you break these Terms, use the service for a prohibited purpose, abuse our team, or your use creates legal risk for us or for the people behind the leads. Where the cause is abuse or fraud, any refund is at our discretion.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, FastSales is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost business or the conduct of third parties — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept it. For significant changes we will tell you by email.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of our country of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before anything formal, please just write to us — nearly everything can be resolved by email.
