Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
This policy explains what information FastSales Agency (“FastSales”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit this website or use our services, how we use it and the choices you have. By using the website or the services you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information you give us
- Contact and business details — your name, email, phone number, company, trade and service area, given when you book a demo, email us or become a client.
- Billing details — handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Communications — emails, messages and call notes from working together.
2. Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. Google Analytics sets cookies for this. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on; the website works fine without them. Demo bookings run through Calendly, which collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
3. Information from public Facebook groups
The service itself works on publicly visible posts: when someone in a local group asks for a service a client of ours provides, we pass that post — as it was published — to the one client it concerns. We do not sell this information, do not build advertising profiles of the people who post, and do not keep it longer than the service needs. If you wrote such a post and want us to stop processing it, email info@fastsales.agency and we will remove it from our systems.
4. How we use information
- To provide, operate and improve the services you asked for.
- To deliver lead alerts to the channels you chose.
- To process payments and keep required business records.
- To answer questions and provide support.
- To send service updates, and marketing where the law permits — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
We do not place unexpected calls without notice. Treat an unsolicited call claiming to be FastSales with suspicion and verify it with us by email.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate — payment processing, hosting, analytics, scheduling and the delivery channels you pick for your alerts (such as Slack or Telegram) — and where the law requires it or our rights need defending.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal data as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes, then delete it. We protect it with reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards; no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict some processing. Email info@fastsales.agency — we will verify the request is really yours and respond within the time the law sets.
8. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything privacy-related: info@fastsales.agency. The rest of our policies live at /legal.
