Prohibited Use Cases
Last updated: August 21, 2026
This page describes the categories of use that are prohibited across every FastSales service. It applies whether the use is direct or arranged through a third party — including an agency buying leads on someone else’s behalf. We may decline a business as a client, or suspend and terminate service, for anything listed here.
1. Adult content and subscription platforms
We do not generate leads for adult content, adult subscription platforms or related promotion. That includes finding potential buyers or subscribers for adult content, distributing promotional links for such platforms, and running campaigns that drive audiences to them.
2. Gambling
We do not promote betting, wagering, casinos, sportsbooks, real-money lotteries or similar offers — including their affiliate and referral programs. This applies regardless of whether gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. Insurance sales
We do not take on the sale, solicitation or marketing of insurance products — life, health, property, casualty or commercial — regardless of licensure or how the seller is compensated. Restrictions imposed by Facebook, Meta and payment providers make this category incompatible with how our service operates.
4. Spam, scams and deceptive conduct
Leads are people who publicly asked for help, and they are treated that way. Prohibited without exception: phishing, pyramid and get-rich-quick schemes, impersonation, fraud, harvesting group members’ data for resale, harassment of posters, and any outreach that misrepresents who you are or what you sell.
5. Illegal or unlicensed services
We do not generate demand for services that are illegal where they would be delivered, or for regulated trades performed without the licence the law requires there.
Enforcement
Violations can lead to immediate suspension or termination under our Terms of Service, and where the conduct is criminal we cooperate with law enforcement. If you are unsure whether your business fits, ask first: info@fastsales.agency.
